About Nienke
I’m a business strategist, company builder, and executive coach.
My “compulsion” is to have the biggest impact I can in areas that really matter.
During the 14 years of my corporate career as a strategy consultant and program manager, I have helped companies, such as Samsung, ChemChina, and Vodafone, make millions and save millions. I have worked across 4 continents, in 7 languages and in 30 different industries.
How did I pull off creating results in such different areas?
By repeating my recipe for success: Enabling the people I worked with realize their full potential by making them realize how YOUNIQUE they are and amplifying their strengths.

- I have lived in 12 countries ranging from Congo (DRC) to China
- My body can't stay still with salsa, bachata or reaggetón music
- My first client was so quick to hire me, I hadn't even registered my business yet
- I can be super clumsy but I try to laugh at myself because it is also quite entertaining
- I have such a big imagination I once offered to get someone a tea during a virtual call
- I speak 10 languages, 4 fluent, but after living in Asia I don't "speak" Sarcasm anymore
- You can always wake me up for tacos, the spicier the better

2023
In April 2023, I realized my lifelong dream of visiting every country in the world, with Pakistan marking the grand finale. It was an extraordinary experience, finishing on such a high note in a country filled with breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and some of the most warm-hearted, hospitable people I’ve ever met.
